06 Dec MODERN AND MINIMAL CHRISTMAS DECOR
Christmas and the holiday season is the time of year when I can get creative with accessories and decor to transform a space just like I do with any client project. When thinking about Christmas and the true meaning behind it, it seems more important to give more and get less. Less means more and with these ideas, you can save money and any potential gaudy, excessive eyesores that can come with the holiday season. I have rounded up my favorite beautiful and minimalist decor ideas for Christmas.
Don’t want to overhaul your entire living room just for the sake of Christmas? Add a few colorful throw pillows to your sofa and call it a day. I particularly like the “Lumberjack Flannel” pattern from Mend Creative.
How fun and cool are these acrylic reindeer from CB2? Perfect for a small space.
Stack these red, wire baskets in a corner, add a small decorative Christmas tree on top and you have instant Christmas cheer.
I like clear lights anytime of year but these star shaped ones are perfect for Christmas. Hang them over a window or drape them round a wreath and viola!, all the holiday feels.
If all else fails, go to Home Depot, buy a $20 garland, hang it over your window and call it a day.
Hoping your holiday season is filled with quality, not quantity. Cheers!
